It is an online tool that converts the save data of The Evil Within 2 to a file format that can be modified.

Once you have modified it, please convert it to the original file format. Save file location
[Steam] C:／Users／{USER NAME}／Documents／My Games／TangoGameworks／The Evil Within 2／base／savegame

HOW TO EDIT
1. Select DECODE
2. Input a file (save data)
3. Press the Convert and Download buttons. (Depending on the title, it could be more than one file)
4. Rewrite the converted file with a hex editor, etc.
5. Select ENCODE
6. Input a rewritten file (In some titles, you need to input file that is not decoded)
7. Press the Convert and Download buttons

You don't need to convert it if it's not game.details. Except for game.details, you'll need to fix the checksum after rewriting.
